Emily & Michael’s wedding was one for the books! The Manor House was dripping with greenery and the tables were set with rich and beautiful textures. We were honored to be a small part of the design, providing menus, table numbers, and signage. What a thrill to see this swoon-worthy wedding featured on Ruffled Blog!
Emily & Michael’s Wedding Style
This magical event was carefully dreamt upcurated by Heather of Calluna Events. Contrasting textures of crisp white marble, copper, and epic greenery from Lalê Florals came together beautifully for a wedding that was stylish, unique, and oh so welcoming.
Day of Wedding Designs
Guests found their seats with a custom made escort card display – a wooden display board with hanging acrylic discs. The clean, clear acrylic on the warm wood made for a creative and inviting display. In addition to the calligraphy on the escort card discs, we also created table numbers on acrylic to lay flat on the different table surfaces as not to distract from the other decor.
Whimsy’s Favorite Detail
Without a doubt, my favorite detail we had the pleasure of designing was Emily & Michael’s custom dinner menus. Real wood rounds with their decadent menu printed on translucent paper so guests could enjoy the wooden texture behind it. Carefully adhered with a brass tack on each setting. Such a fun project to design and a proud moment to see them in action!
Don’t forget to check out the lovely video below from Forget Me Not Media! We were happy to provide some lettering for this piece to coordinate with Emily & Michael’s other design pieces.
