Mike & Abbey came to me with a lovely vision for their day and design details that revolved around simplicity and the beauty of the Vail, Colorado area where they were married.
The Custom Stationery Design Process
Their main design element of their stationery was a simple sketch of mountains – specifically the Gore mountain range near Vail! These elements combined with sketched lettering and classic fonts kept the invitation suite for their mountain wedding earthy but clean.
Whimsy’s Favorite Design Detail
The paper! I know what you’re thinking but I’m referring to the actual paper their suite was printed on! We choose a speckletone paper stock with visible fiber specks. This paper was so inherently natural and earthy that it was the perfect compliment for their suite and mountain wedding vibe!
