Caity & Nate were married this past summer at Devil’s Thumb Ranch with Calluna Events at the design reigns (see what I did there? haha). What they designed was an even that Colorado wedding dreams are made of!

Caity & Nate’s Wedding Style
Caity came to use with a steadfast vision that was part elegant mountain soiree and part rustic and vibrant ranch wedding. Their palette was bold and bright with colorful blooms dominating the design.
The Custom Stationery Design Process
The first piece we designed for Caity & Nate’s ranch wedding as a watercolor monogram complete with rustic antlers and their colorful floral theme. This style flowed into their stationery suite with more brightly painted elements and organic hand lettering. My favorite part of their invitation suite was a super fun “Colorful Colorado” wedding map! In addition to their wedding festivities, the map kind of became their love story – showing where they got engaged, their favorite mountain towns, and even including a little bride & groom mountain biking in the Rockies!
Day-of Design Details
Caity & Nate’s ranch wedding stationery themes were carried through to to their actual wedding day with programs, menus, and signage. I truly loved painting their rustic and colorful welcome sign- with big full blooms that were a little less stylized than my normal designs style and of course incorporating their antler theme as well! We also created a printed seating chart and small log slice place cards for their head table.
