I have been patiently waiting to share these gorgeous photos from Rachel Gomez Photography and today’s the day! This preppy poolside Bridal Shower shoot is featured today on Couture Colorado and published in the Fall/Winter issue of Rocky Mountain Bride!!!
It was beyond amazing working with this uber talented group of wedding vendors (links to everyone below) and so much fun to shoot at the Four Season’s Denver rooftop pool!
For the invitation suite, I painted a watercolor pineapple and floral scheme that was carried through on the Bridal Shower invitations, place cards, and envelope liners. I paired the watercolor with some gold foil calligraphy and bold, preppy stripes on both the invitation and bridesmaid asks. I also designed matching drink stirs and a fun party banner.
I was so excited that Michelle from Honey B’s Macaron’s was able to print my watercolor pineapple on to some of the macarons for such an adorable touch that helped carry the theme throughout!
My absolute favorite part of the day was Erin from Plum Sage Flowers idea to float my invitation suite in the pool! She made this gorgeous leaf float and the end result was so fun and dreamy – capturing the day perfectly!
